DO THE PLANK!

I've eaten a lot but still manage to do my daily exercise but here yah I'm gonna try another exercise. It's about strengthening the core. I still have flabs but hopefully this routine will help me get that sexy and healthy body that I'm always dreaming of. Haha.


It has a mixture of pilates moves so I think it really does work. I'm gonna start tomorrow and wishing that I won't be lazy and my upcoming busy schedule would not hinder me from doing so.
