TOFU + RAGU

When it comes to eating clean and healthy, count me in. I love tofu! Whether it's fried, steamed or just included in a plain dish. Don't you know that tofu is high in protein, thus it's good for the bones and muscles. I've tried other way of eating tofu, one is the nacho type and making Ragu sauce as my dip. Wola! I made the right decision. Haha. It's delish and nutritious, because Ragu is made from tomatoes and other veggies. Perfect combination!

Getting a bit inspired today. Browsing pictures of my two Top Model favorites: Alice Burdeu and Ann Ward. Oh! I just love them, their height, body, skills and hair. Haha.



My favorite quote from Ann Ward: "Being unique isn't bad at all. I thought that being tall was horrible and that I would never get to do much in modeling because of it, but it turned out it was a good thing about me, and made me stand out. If you ever feel insecure about something that makes you different, something that's unique, that's what makes you you".

I used to be the tallest girl in the class, heard a lot of words from others (criticism and praises) and yeah I'm proud to be a tall Filipina! :)
